Sri Dharmaloka College Media Unit is the official media platform of the school, dedicated to capturing and sharing the essence of school life. It serves as the voice of the students, covering events, achievements, and important updates through photography, videography, journalism, and digital media production. With a passionate team of young media enthusiasts, the unit plays a key role in promoting the school’s activities, fostering creativity, and enhancing communication skills among students and became the Best media unit among Western provincial schools and holds the Best society of Our college as well.

Our media unit is the First school media unit in Sri Lanka to do a live TV named DHARMALOKA DIGITAL .

Indeed, the 20th day of January 1942 could be cited as golden day in the process of writing a few lines on the history of Dharmaloka College. It is on these particular days the World Scout Movement was established in Sri Dharmaloka College under the unique patronage of Group Scout leader named Mr. Ureek de Mel. Today it has a proud history of 83 years (1942 – 2025) and about to celebrate its’ 83 years Anniversary in 2025

The Aerobic Gymnastics Circle at Sri Dharmaloka College is dedicated to promoting physical fitness, discipline, and artistic expression through the art of aerobic gymnastics. Our talented students train rigorously to enhance their strength, flexibility, coordination, and rhythm while developing team spirit and perseverance. Our English literary association fosters a community from Grade 6 to 13 where students can engage in a variety of literary activities, workshops,camps and so on . Moreover this association aims to develop skills required to facilitate the advancement of English language and English Literature within students’ populous.

This mainly runs English language and Drama competitions throughout the year in the school and conducts the school English Day annually in a grand manner.
